Our return policy is 14 days

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to change your mind and return your items.

In order for the return to be accepted by our customer service, the returned items must be in perfect condition and never have been worn. They must be shipped in their original packaging, with attached labels, and accompanied by all accessories and documents received.

Returns received 14 days after notification of the right of withdrawal will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Returns are charged 5€ in metropolitan France. Once your return request is received, we will send you a Colissimo packing slip. To send back your package: print the label, attach the left part to the parcel, and drop it off at the Post Office. The right part should be stamped upon deposit and carefully kept until your package is received by our team. 5€ will be deducted from your refund.

Return and potential customs fees are the responsibility of the customer outside of metropolitan France. Items should be returned to the following address:

REFUNDS

If the returned order is complete and in perfect condition, our customer service will proceed with the refund of your order within a maximum of 14 days following the receipt of your return package. 5€ will be deducted for from your refund as a return fee.

The refund will be made to the account used during the payment on our website. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
